We are thrilled to announce the 5th annual DEF Dash 5K - A LIVE, IN-PERSON 5K RUN OR WALK! USATF 2022 SANCTIONED EVENT.
After ten successful years operating Bernie’s Run, we will launch the first annual “DEF Dash 5K” from Barnes Memorial Park in 2019.
Hundreds of runners and family and friends gathered for a fun day of running and walking, followed by delicious food, drink, music, and award ceremonies.
We will have prizes for the top runners in each age category!!! Come support the Dedham Education Foundation and our Dedham Schools and Students on Sunday, October 1st at Barnes Memorial Park.
