Black Lives Matter Statement/Grant Announcement
The Dedham Education Foundation works to unite the entire Dedham community in enthusiastic support of our schools. As a foundation, we know that learning and growth happen best in an environment of support and seeing individuals for who they are. As such, we have funded a number of grants over the years that promote diversity, equity and inclusion as part of our general grant process. While proud of what we have funded, we know there is always more that we can do. We believe Black lives matter, and we believe in fostering an anti-racist school system.
The DEF is proud to announce a new grant that prioritizes anti-racism initiatives. We are committed to working with school administrators and educators to ensure that anti-racism initiatives are available to students in the new school year and years to come.
